Thoughtful and playful details in the room, including tube-like glass chambers for shower and toilet, and a big drawer under the bed. Conveniently located near the train and metro stations and shops within walking distance. The open fridge with beers, sodas, and snacks is a welcome addition.

As backpackers, we loved the funky and fun atmosphere of this hotel. The staff were young and amazingly helpful, making our stay very pleasant. The hotel had amazing beds and a great concept, with iPad controls and an enormous TV that had the teenagers in raptures. The open plan shower and mood lighting added to the cool vibe. The location may be a bit out from the center, but the tram system right by the hotel made it easy to get around. Definitely good value for money!

Loved the self-check-in, it was fast and easy! Unfortunately, the tablet in my room wasn't working properly but they fixed it as soon as possible. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. I also enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Overall I highly recommend Citizenm.

I had a fantastic Easter weekend at this hotel. the rooms were small but well-designed, with a huge bed and great entertainment options. the soundproofing was exceptional, and I didn't hear any noise from the other rooms. the service was exceptional as well, with friendly staff who were not intrusive. the hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was a short walk to the city center with lots of cafes, art, and photo opportunities along the way. One advantage that I enjoyed was the high-tech amenities in the room, controlled by an iPad. Everything worked perfectly and was simple to use.

My stay was really really nice here. The room was neat with great breakfast, I liked it. The staff was pleasant, incredible, and responded promptly to requests.

Perfect location, exceptionally comfortable beds, reasonably good breakfast. Staff fairly friendly. I got free upgrade and appreciated it. Zuideramstel district was worth staying in. Good restaurant a short walk to the hotel. Late check-out was useful.

The hotel is located close to public transport and a shopping complex. It takes only a few minutes to get into town by tram or train. The room and bathroom are comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast offers quality food.

The hotel offers limited wardrobe space that is not enough for travelers with more than one piece of luggage.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very impressed with everything! The location was perfect, close to the efficient public transport system but away from the bustling city center. The staff was amazing, they truly care about hospitality and providing genuine service to help with arrangements. The room amenities, including the ironing facilities, heating/air conditioning, in-room safe, free toiletries, television. The dining options, including the restaurant and bar/lounge area, as well as the coffee/tea/snack bar in the lobby, were also convenient. I especially appreciated the staff's attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

If you're looking for a wonderful and comfortable place to stay with your family, I highly recommend this hotel!

I loved the modern touch of having an iPad in the room to use for controlling everything. The staff were really friendly and always happy to help. The hotel had great transport links, with a tram stop right outside and a train station close by that could take me into the city center within 20 minutes. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and everything felt very clean and well-maintained.
